What is the follow-up/adjustment policy (if results are uneven, do I need a touch-up included)?

If it’s your first visit we recommend a touch up in the first 2 weeks and touch up is additional, but for the subsequent visit we’ll know the units to recommend to avoid needing a touch up.

Are there any “first-time client” only rates or eligibility restrictions (e.g., membership, plan enrolment)?
